I used heavy whipping cream and pureed it in my blender! Out of this world!

This was easy and delicious, and I couldn't believe how much it made! I used 4 bananas and 1/2 c. of 1% milk and the texture was perfect. I also added about a teaspoon of vanilla extract. If you like bananas, this recipe is a must!

We could not believe how delicious this is, and how easy it is to make. We used 2% milk. As far as we are concerned we made banana ice-cream in less than five minutes. We used "Nutella" as a topping, but just like ice-cream the toppings are limitless. Wow! Thank you Rachel Ray.

When I first saw it, I wasn't sure if this will work. What I like is that I don't have to whole milk. I only use 1% milk. Also, it does not call for additional sugar. I added strawberries to my bananas. I do have an ice cream maker, but this was even easier. Thanks RR.
