Taste delicious! I didn't have the ginger root or water chestnuts - added a little chopped peanuts- was great

I don't see what the hype is all about. Not authentic and not delicious.

This was really good. I added a couple tablespoons of honey and served it over wild rice. Highly recommend this dish.

It was extremely tasty, great recipe. My husband and I enjoyed it so much will definately repeat this again. I substituted scallions for carrots since we didn't have and it still turned out delicious.

Great recipe. Quite a lot of ingredients but doesn't take too long to make. My boyfriend loves Chinese food and thinks this is great.

Meh. As a reviewer said, it definitely needed chilies (I added red pepper flake. I don't love the orange zest. I added snow peas for extra veg that this dish really needs. I am also biased towards lettuce wraps. they are such a pain to prepare and eat, as iceberg rips so easily and does not add any flavor or even nutritional value. I am going to keep looking for some Asian inspired recipes.

This wasn't bad, but I don't think I'd go to all the chopping trouble for this dish again. I'm not sure why everyone rated it so highly I felt it was missing a kick, and needed chilies maybe, as a few other people have mentioned. Perhaps my orange was lacking flavor, but the chicken didn't have much of a citrusy flavor to it. Relatively healthy though, just not my favorite.
