I was very good, I used some carrots and cashews to give it a little crunch. Next time i'm going to use some rice noodles also.

This was a hit with my family. I simplified the process by using a store-bought rotisserie chicken that I cut into chunks and tossed with the sauce and other ingredients. The hoisin is a little on the sweet side so I did add a few splashes of soy sauce. I garnished the wraps with a simple asian slaw and cilantro which added a nice sweet/salty balance and some crunch. This is a great base recipe that you could easily modify depending on your tastes.

Delicious, but I did make some changes (per other reviews... zest of 1/3 of an orange; more veggies (carrots, onions & green onions soy sauce... but the addition that MADE the recipe was some crushed red pepper. If I'd had cucumbers for garnish that would have been yummy. I will make this again. It's so simple (& veggie versatile one can probably re-make it w/out even saving the recipe.

This is delicious with some modifications. I used two large chicken breasts, a whole red bell pepper, four large scallions, a large handful of carrot slivers (precut and bagged from produce section, about three cups of shiitakes, five garlic cloves and a thick inch of ginger (grated. I used far less orange peel than the recipe called for - two pinches - and it added plenty of citrus flavor. I recommend adding it in small bits after the hoisin to get the right flavor and avoid overpowering the dish. I used enough hoisin to coat well and then added about five drops of sriracha sauce to add some heat. Served with raw cashew pieces and cilantro garnishes. Will definitely make this again.

Delicious! It's a nice and easy recipe to make. However, I cut down the orange zest by half, doubled the bell pepper, and added cashews for a nice crunch, YUM!!

This was pretty good and quick and easy, I would definitely make it again however I like more veggies... julienned carrots, bok choy etc... For those who said leave the orange(and ginger out it's yucky don't, it would be bland without it...I guarantee they grated it coarsly and got the bitter pith in there. Use a microplane and only include the peel leaving the white completely behind. I also agree with adding the cilantro.

AMAZING!!!! made these last night and making again tonight with tofu instead of chicken. I also added cilantro and silvered almonds last night. This is a keeper of a recipe.

Not a fan. The orange zest overpowered everything and I could not appreciate the other ingredients. The prep time was not worth the final product.

Not a fan of this recipe.I'm not sure where all these 5 star ratings are coming from because I thought it was nasty. The ginger and orange zest are too much.
