Great recipe! I added about a 1/4 of a cup of chopped cilantro along with the orange zest & ginger. I like spicy dishes so I added a spoonfull of chili garlic sauce after adding the hoisin. (You can find chili garlic sauce in the same area or your grocery store as the hoisin sauce. We will make these on a regular basis.

I made this today and it was a hit! I omitted the orange zest after reading some of the reviews and omitted the mushrooms (kids don't like them. I used about another two tablespoons of sauce and added diced apples since I forgot to buy the water chessnuts. The apples worked out great, it was just the right touch! Served with Hearts of Romaine leaf lettuce and it held up just perfect. This is a must try recipe. You won't be disappointed!

These were great but I think there could have been a bit more flavor! Will make these again!

I've made this recipe a few times now and the family keeps raving about it. I omit the orange zest, but keep the juice. Also, I add 2 tablespoons of Sambal Olek (asian chili sauce to give it a spicy kick, and add a bit more hoisin. Great job Rachael !!

Delicious!!! My toddler liked it so much that he ditched the spoon and used his hands to get more chicken into his mouth : Super easy to make too. Thanks again, Rachel!

Delicious and so easy! I skipped the ginger and added some sriracha sauce to spice it up. Yum! Will definitely make this over and over. Thanks, Rachael!
