Fabulous! Better than take out. I used 1 extra tablespoon of hoisin and added 1 tablespoon of sirracha.

I used more hoisin sauce than called for (a whole 8oz. jar and I also used ground chicken. It turned out so good & the kids love it! Tastes like PF Chang's lettuce wraps.

So delicious! We're trying to save $$$ and have been staying home instead of getting our weekly take-out. These really make up for those nights out. Even my 10 year-old loved these. I did add some red pepper flakes to turn the heat up a bit and they were perfect!

Really good, really easy, really different! Although, it is missing a kick. Add your favorite pepper, or red pepper flakes, or hot sauce and then we area really in business!

Instead of mushrooms, I used bean sprouts and onion. Like others, I added additional hoisin sauce, but it could still stand to be a bit spicier (if you're into that sort of thing. The ginger/orange combo is delicious. I will definitely make this again!

Easy to make and full of flavor! I've made this recipe a few times and I've even used ground chicken instead of chopped chicken breast. Thanks Rachael for such a tasty low-carb recipe!

I LOVED this dish. I was totally surprised by how good it came out.. There weren't any leftovers.

I bought the dried shitake mushrooms and soaked them in water and they came out just like freshly bought. I also added an additional tablespoon of hoison which worked well.

Next time I will hold off on the orange zest. Both my sister and I thought it was a very strange background note to the dish. Also, there wasn't much need to serve it in lettuce. We ended up just throwing the lettuce part out anyway.

I will definitely be making this again.

It also reminds me of one of my favorite take out dishes. Chicken with hot peppers and peanuts. I might play around with this recipe and add some red chiles and peanuts next time as well! See if I can get close to that dish.
