This was AMAZING! It was really flavorful! The only difference I made to the recipe was add 1 extra tablespoon of Hoisin. My husband wanted a rib-eye steak for dinner with all the fixings, but he was NOT disappointed. He said I should put it in our regular recipe rotation!

Great tasting and easy to make. My family loves it everytime. I use ground chicken instead of chopping the chicken myself. Otherwise, I have made it as written as well as without mushrooms and various different vegetables and it is always good.

This was fabulous...I wanted to have 3rds and 4ths! I tweaked things a bit. I didn't have shitakes so I used regular button mushrooms, I added a 1/4 cup slightly cooked shredded carrot, 3 tablespoons fresh chopped cilantro and I added an extra tablespoon of hoisin sauce. This will definitely stay in my recipe rotation!

It was pretty good. Make sure you chop the chicken small (~1 cm cubes otherwise it will not neatly fit in the lettuce. Recipe was missing something. Flavor was simple, tame. I don't know about the orange wedge.

YUMMY! Followed recipe with exception of mushrooms/substituted finely chopped carrots and topped with chopped peanuts - it came out delicious. One of my kids had 3 servings! Next time will try & heat it up a bit with peppers - but overall this is a wonderful recipe - also went well on top of white rice if the lettuce wraps are too 'drippy' for you!

Excellent flavor and pretty healthy! I paired this with Nigella's Peanut Sesame Noodles and it was a great dinner, as well as great leftovers!

This is a great recipe that is extremely easy to prepare. I think it would be delicious as a vegatarian dish too! (just leave out the chicken.
