    made this with chicken and it came out pretty good. Hubby really liked it - I thought it was a pinch too spicy but that can be easily adjusted to taste. Also it was really fast to prepare - Even with cutting up the chicken into small pieces, the whole task took only about 10 minutes!

    Easy to fix. Just ate the shrimp,no lettuce. Had alittle bite to it. I will definitely make this again.

    We loved this mix of flavors. Added lots of crushed red pepper to the shrimp and we made kabobs out of them. Will definately make again and may try this sauce on chicken.

    We like Rachel Ray's recipes in our house because they are quick and usually well-spiced. We enjoyed this dish, but thought it was a little sweet. Very sloppy. But the whole meal was quite good.
