My family (who are beef lovers, except me thought these burgers were delicious. They were very moist. We treated them just like hamburgers, with catsup, mustard, and relish. The slaw was just okay, not really needed.

At first it was a little hard for me to rate this recipe, but then I thought of how much my husband liked the burgers so to me that is an easy 5! As for me, I never had a ground chicken burger before so the texture was a little weird for me but at the same time there was so much flavor. All in all I can say it was a totally different experience for us, but one we would like to try again. Thank you Rachel for all of your wonderful recipes!

I was so excited to make these burgers. After all the great reviews, it had to be a hit. Not in my house, my friends couldn't find one good word to say! Burgers had an odd taste (think it was the red onion & tom. paste and so did the slaw. Never would make again.

The burger is great tasting and leaner than beef. I thought the coleslaw might be odd with pickle relish in it, but it was perfect for topping a burger. I think it would be good on hot dogs, too. I added mustard to the bun and a slice of cheese the second time I made it. It was even better that way.

I love Rachaels cooking and use her recipes all of the time. This one however, I found boring...the burgers had very little "zing" even though I followed directions exactly. My husband thought they were "fine".
If I made again I might add a chopped chipotle with some adobe sauce in place of the tomato paste.
Also I think a tomato relish instead of the cole slaw might brighten up the flavors

Loved this recipe-prepared it with the slaw and mac/jack salad on the side and the whole meal was a success! Haven't made one of Rachel's recipes in a while-but am glad I tried this one. Added extra hot sauce to onion mixture for some extra zestiness! A keeper.

This recipe is not that easy, but its very good. I use it with turkey instead of chicken. And I use it for meatloaf and burgers. I really enjoy the taste of the tomato paste and the grill seasoning. Nothing worse than a bland burger!

These were way yummy! We didn't put the slaw on top because I forgot to buy the stuff, but the burgers alone were way good!

this is such a great burger recipe. i used ground turkey instead because i couldn't find ground chicken in my local grocery. WOW... delicious! i left out the slaw because i'm not really a fan on cabbage. i also cooked it a little longer because it was still raw inside. being from louisiana, i added a little more hot sauce... i like heat! so moist! i'll definitely cook these again. thanks rachael!
