I couldn't find polenta in our store so I only made the chicken and salsa. I enjoyed both of them, I thought the spice rub on the chicken was very tasty, although I don't think this is something I will make again. However I'll give Rach credit in thata this is one of the few meals I've made from her that took less than 30 minutes.

I did not like the pumpkin with the polenta, but really liked the salsa salad and the chicken.
Will make it again-minus the pumpkin.

I actually used flank steak instead of chicken- but it still turned out great.

The salsa was absolutely amazing, and I don't usually like fruit paired with meat.
I love polenta and I thought this combo was really good and very different.

Really a nice meal when you want to try and do something different.

We tried the polenta tonight. It was too loose for our taste. The flavor seemed out of balance.

Will try again, possibly with a few changes.

Prep was easy, combination of flavors just exploded in your mouth! The pumpkin really made the polenta. Another winner!!

Chicken was excellent, salad was made without pineapples but still was great!

Great for a quick weeknight dinner! I, too only made the chicken so my rating only applies to it as well! Absolutely easy and incredibly delish! I used chicken tenderloins which cooked really quickly and paired it with a creamy cheesy broccoli rice. The whole family loved it. Thanks Rachael -

I only made the Chicken so my rating applies only to that. However, the chicken was great!!! Even without the salad and Plenta it blew me away! I'll definitely be making this in the summer time outdoors on the grill.
