    Truly one of the best steaks I've ever had. I just got a new cast iron skillet for Christmas and wanted to test it out with some nice cuts of beef... VERY impressive. Thanks, Rachel. I also made the potatoes from this episode and they were were the perfect side dish.

    The cooking time is perfect! I made this twice before and am making it a third time tonight for our anniversary dinner. Feel free to go lighter on the gorgonzola if you aren't a huge fan but it really does add great flavor along with the sage! Impressive dinner that is perfect everytime!

    I've made this for dinner parties, as well as on a random Wed. night! It always turns out perfect and I get nothing but compliments! My husband has even made this on the grill when it's too hot to turn on the oven!

    My kids love to watch Rachel Ray but they were not too crazy about the recipe's picture. We went ahead with preparing the dish and were we surprised at the taste!!! It's a unanimous "delish".

    gorgonzola is an overpowering cheese and completely overwhelmed the steak rather than complementing it. Though I loved the sides served with this dish, the steak definitely put a damper on the party. I will not serve it again.

    I made this for my first dinner party to celebrate moving into my new home. It looks impressive but is super easy to make. Everyone loved it. I would definitely make the gorgonzola topping for other meats and side dishes as well.
