I didn't use everything on here because 1 i don't like too much veggies & 2 as a hispanic family we're just used to lettuce & tomato but I did this as a side today with some salmon fillets and I loved it. However, for some weird reason I couldn't find walnuts in the local market so I need to go find some walnuts and serve this again. Thanks!

What a great combination of flavors and textures! It's tastier without the preserves, though. The beets and walnuts have a sweetness all their own.

This is my favorite Rachael Ray recipe so far. I made it with canned beets and loved it so much I made it again the next night but only had pickled beets on hand. The pickled beets were better.

I will never go back to store bought dressing after this one!

I have just discovered I liked beets and thought this would be a different way of serving them. I didn't have the walnuts--substituted croutons and it was rather tasty. The next day, I enjoyed it again--most of the salad greens were gone by that time and the rest stayed crisp and yummy.

My mother-in-law made this salad and it was delicious. She cut back the oil to 2 tbl. to make a lighter dressing and it was great. My husband who doesn't like beets or walnuts ate it and really enjoyed it. (I'm making it tonight.

This was so tasty. I enjoyed learning a new way to serve beets! My family loved this salad. I did not have any jams on hand, but I did have Penzey's Rasberry Enlightenment and used that for one of the dressing ingredients. The first time I was in a hurry and forgot to include the celery and onions, but the second time I made it I included those and either way it was a winner of a salad. I like this healthy recipe!

I had to get rid of the beets, becase my little girl has an allergy to beets, and plus she dosent like them, but other than that it was really good. I liked the walnuts alot!!

I'm from Arkansa and beets are grown here. And until I tried Miss. Ray's salad I was under the impression beets were just a side dish, (and I truely thought my aunt Emma was the only person who could make them appealing. The salad was great try adding diced apples it tastes delish.

This really bothers me when these recipes go like this: 2 tablespoons black cherry, seedless raspberry or apricot preserved or whatever! I mean its one or the other. If you are going to combine flavors you should be consistant as to what is going in the dish. Were all these options tested or just a throw together?
