I am serving this tomorrow for a luncheon and thought I'd try it in advance - actually had it for breakfast this morning with almonds and pomogranate on top! It is really wonderful HOWEVER.....the ginger doesn't grate at all. It gets gummy and sticks to the micro plane. I did see that it stuck to Rachel's plane as well. So, when I make it, I will mince it as best I can and there will be bigger bits of ginger. It tastes very good to me, so I hope my guests don't mind the surprise bits in there. (I did try freezing the ginger, but it didn't help. It also got gummy in my Vita Mix....

Omitted the crystallized ginger - couldn't get any this time of year, it still tasted great, and simple and quick to make.

This recipe is great! I left out the ginger, and I substituted 1/3 cup of agave nectar instead of the honey. I also added 2 tsp of cinnamon. It was great and refreshing!

I served this at a party & my health conscious friends loved it! The orange zest can be over powering so I cut back to zest from 1/2 of an orange. Several friends requested this recipe.

I seriously do not know what all the hype is about. Ingredients do NOT go together. We followed the recipe exactly and no one could eat it. We ended up throwing it away, Yuck.

I found this recipe online looking for an easy and "healthier" dessert. I could tell from reading it that it fit that criteria. What I did not expect from reading the recipe that it would taste so good.

    It was delicious!

I am not an experienced cook at all, but this was the perfect dessert to make in under 10 minutes. It not only tastes good (and is relatively healthy, but it's also easy to make the presentation look professional. Highly recommend!
