    I found this recipe online looking for an easy and "healthier" dessert. I could tell from reading it that it fit that criteria. What I did not expect from reading the recipe that it would taste so good.

    I am not an experienced cook at all, but this was the perfect dessert to make in under 10 minutes. It not only tastes good (and is relatively healthy, but it's also easy to make the presentation look professional. Highly recommend!

    I saw this on T.V and had to try it. It was very easy to make and I used more than a little "plop" on top of my strawberries. It was so good I had more of the leftover yogurt mixture afterwards! I think I would like to try topping it with shredded coconut also next time.

    This will be a staple in my house now! Thanks, Rachel, I love it!
