    Great for summer entertaining. Very refreshing and a nice change from regular salsa. Can easily make it hotter with some peppers. Would make it again.

    I used roasted corn, added green onions (I had forgotten to buy red onions doubled the lime and we now have a family favorite! Thank you so much for this recipe!

    Delish! So tasty and so fresh - I added a little avocado to mine because I just love the flavor of avocado with everything else in this salad - a summertime favorite for me! Thanks Rach!

    I tasted this after I first mixed it and was worried that it wasn't too good, BUT just don't panic. After it sat in the refrigerator for an hour, it tasted great. Even my picky son-in-law asked how I had made it!

    I was very pleased with how simple this recipe was. Although I added some diced avacodo and fresh cilantro, I stuck to the directions. Everyone who tried it was very impressed with the fresh taste the lime brings out.

    this is delicious.....you can control the spice if you prefer, but it's perfect using the amounts of 'heat' as written....just hot enough to taste it but not overpowering...the frozen corn works as the recipe says it does, and when you are ready to serve it, it's as if you are serving a great salad/side in a chilled bowl....I served an assortment of beef, chicken, and turkey burgers with this salad as a side dish, it complimented each perfectly....you will really enjoy this and it's something a bit different too.

    I may have under-seasoned a bit because I found this salad on the bland side until I added cilantro and feta. Looks great and my family loved the additions!
