I love this salad. It is so quick and easy to make, and pairs nicely with grilled chicken for a great healthy meal. We make this almost once a week during the summer.

So simple to make. Followed the recipe exactly the same the 1st time...it was a hit....now when I make it I add cilantro & diced tomatoes as suggested by other reviewers, also added another can of black beans. Great as a side dish or a main meal with diced chicken & even as a burrito. Thanks!

I loved this salad! It is so easy and delicious! I served it a neighborhood get-together and it was a huge hit. I had a little bit left over so I tossed in some precooked chicken and took it as a quick lunch the next day. FABULOUS!!! Will definitely be making it again soon.

Delicious! I didn't put in the onion and I didn't use the oil as I'm now on a low fat diet. Didn't need it either : Once made I heated a bowl of this in the microwave, put a dollop of lite sour cream on top and savored! Yum yum! I ate it like a soup or stew.

Great salad, flavorful and fresh tasting. I like to add a little cilantro and instead of Tabasco I like a little Tapatio. Also I add a little bit of diced jalapenos and garlic to add an extra kick. Overall, a great dish which you can make variations according to your taste and it is still delicious.

I love this recipe! I'm on a diet and I get tired of lettuce. This salad is so good I eat it with meals and also if I just need a snack. I make it with Kuner's southwestern gold 'n white extra crispy corn. I like it better than with frozen corn because it has that extra crunch. If you don't like a lot of heat halve the Tabasco and taste it. You may not need the full amount.

Great salad! I agree with adding some tomatoes and cilantro--adds that extra touch. I also found it needed an extra lime as well as a bit more corn. Very easy recipe!
