I used salsa in the Monte Cristos and they were wonderful.

I simmered the stoup for over an hour, added extra spices and used a 32oz box of broth.

My husband loved and the stoup is even better left over.

This was a good recipe, but added cilantro and used red pepper flakes and chili powder in place of the hot sauce.

I loved both recipes. I already had most of the ingredients for the soup and thought it was very healthy yet fulfilling. How could it not be good for you? all the ingredients were vegetables! Sandwiches were great too. I will definately be cooking this one again
