A total winner in our household. My husband freezes the stoup and takes it on his business trips!

I made the soup, it is just amazing. All the flavor depth. It is wonderful for leftovers too...dunk a few crackers or crusty bread, just amazing. I am saving this recipe for sure!

I did not make the sandwiches but I did make a huge pot of the Stoup. I followed the directions and the only change I made was to add corn.

The stoup is flavorful and a wonderful change up from the normal "vegetable" soups I have made in the past.

I was able to freeze three huge proportions. Of that what I didn't freeze I ate one bowl as is and the next day I added rice to it. It was Excellent.
I can?t wait to try this with chicken.

The combo of these two was perfect. I will be making this dinner very often, with no modifications to the recipe. Spicy, but not too spicy; just the perfect blend.

I made this meal exactly as Rachael and the family loved it. I have made the bean stoup 3 times since then it is sooo good. On a hot day it's even good cold; right out of the frig!

I tried this for my family and they all loved it. They are also on a diet so this was an incredibly tasty dinner for being so healthy! I didn't make the sandwiches, but I made homemade tortillas instead and that seemed to be the best dipping advice. Very satisfying!
