Made this for my 4th anniversary for my husband. I followed the recipe exactly, except for one tiny thing. I had some bittersweet ghirardelli chocolate so sprinkled some shavings on top along with the lemon zest. both combined beautifully and tasted delicious. My husband and I loved it. will be making it again

I had problems finding lemon curd so I used lemon pudding. Obviously when using lemon pudding it will take longer to prepare. I have also did something similiar with my homemade pound cake. I have even done this with chocolate pudding and a cherries. There are some many things you could do with this. You could use vanilla pudding with peaches or some other fruit.

Wow! That was so easy and flavorful! I used strawberries and blueberries. To kind of cut the tart lemon curd I folded in a few tablespoons of Mascarpone Cheese with the lemon curd. Made it really smooth and creamy. I drizzled the blueberry juice over the top... YUMO!!

I served this on Mother's Day. It was an easy spin on strawberry shortcake. Refreshing.

I made this for Mother's Day. Everyone raved about it. My 4 year old grandson couldn't get enough. I was able to make 8, not 4 like the recipe said-boy am I glad. My grandson kept saying "just 1 more".

This had a taste that rendered it far "too" out of boxes and packages. It might have been the sponge cake, I'm not sure. Too sweet, and the textures were too different to be pleasing after a meal.

I made this recipe today and I found it to be refreshing and a great dessert for summer. This is one recipe I will add to my recipe book for my family. Thank you
