    I have been looking for this dressing for MONTHS! It is excellent. But--try adding granny smith apples...its absolutely AMAZING!

    I have made this salad many times now, for home and company. Each time it gets great reviews. I prefer pecans over walnuts (walnuts can be bitter and add sliced button mushrooms, sliced green onions and some Craisins. Excellent!

    I served this with the Balsamic Pork Tenderloin recipe. It was heaven! My husband and I thought it would also be great to try it with tart apple in place of the nuts to save some calories.

    theres a restaurant here in town that makes this same salad, but puts sliced strawberries in it. try it!! its sooo good!!!!

    This is our new favorite salad. The dressing was so delicious, and the combination of the walnuts and blue cheese was awesome. A definite keeper! and so easy to make.
