    Yummo, indeed!

I've yet to make a Rachael Ray burger that isn't delicious, but the combination of this burger's sweet-mustard onions and blue cheese sent me over the rainbow! It's right up there with her Bur-goo Burger. Keep them coming, Rachael!

I didn't add the cheese because I don't eat dairy, but the burger itself was so juicy and delicious! The parsley definitely made it, which surprised me, because I usually leave out parsley in recipes. I also substituted the carmelized onions for onion rings (frozen, and the combination of flavors was perfect! Will definitely make again.

I've made these using ground sirloin and ground turkey, and it is absolutely delicious both ways. But I have to admit that my favorite part is the caramelized onions.

I've made many burgers but THIS is THE all-time favorite burger for me and my family! Simply AWESOME!! Pairs nicely with Rach's Radicchio-Pasta Salad.
