My husband is OBSESSED with this chimichurri recipe. I am pretty sure he would eat it as a meal. For those who did not like it... it might just be a personal taste thing. We both love it!

I usually don't cook steaks in my house, that's my husband's job. = Everything turned out perfectly!!! All of the ingredients went so well together!!!

The steak was delicious...we grilled it. The rest of the recipe was disgusting!

People who gave this recipe any sort of decent review...i do not even know. the chimichurri...disgusting. raw oregana, sage, and thyme...it should not be used together..then raw onion...with vinegar which i thought would sweeten the onion at least but just gave another non-meshing component to the chimichurri...but i thought that was okay. go without the chimichurri...i love chipotle peppers with adobo sauce but just with the mushrooms and onions and spinach...lacking and not a side on its own. the steaks are ruined by the simple pan searing...i was just upset all together with this recipe. it seemed like lazy jumble of too many unnecessary components. if you enjoy ribeye steaks...skip this recipe.

The next day I simmered the left over mushrooms and spinach in some chicken broth, added some cream and blended with a hand blender until chunky. It was a fantastic cream of mushroom soup.

The dinner was very good, though my wife like better than I did. It actually took me an hour and 45 minutes to get it done because I am fairly new to this kind of cooking. The meat was too rare because of my inexperience with searing.

Loved this. Used Kale instead. Spinach just didn't look good at my local store. I like to put relish on my greens sometimes too. This was good with or without it.
