    I loved making this, but instead of the bourbon, I used half rum, and then half Grand Marnier, which intensified the orange flavor. Also, terrific dish to make if you go to a pot luck! We all loved it!

    I tried this for the first time today. Turned out gorgeous. I used canned sweet potatoes so it took no time to make. I used 1.5lbs and it soaked up the liquid perfectly.
