These were fabulous. The only thing I would do differently is chope up a pecans a bit, kind of odd having huge, whole pecans. Other than that it was FANTASTIC!!! My whole family loved them, they were easy to make.

I have made this super fast and easy dish several times, the last being this Thanksgiving. I have gotten nothing but rave reviews from all who have tried them!

Recipe was easy to do and potatoes came out nice. My only suggestion would be to either use less bourbon or substitute - the "alcohol" taste was a little strong and overpowered some of the other lighter dishes we were serving.

Loved this receipe. I served it on Thanksgiving and Christmas, my sons think it's the best sweet potatoe dish I've ever made. Of course I didn't take complete credit, again thanks Rachel.

I did not have bourbon so I used a dark rum. I later fixed this with the bourbon.....I liked the rum better. Also, my friend made this with canned sweet potatos. That was really quick and really good, and I think I liked the canned better than the fresh.

I might like this better if I tried it with less orange juice. For some reason, that was all I could taste upon reheating it the next day. I did taste the bourbon on the day I made it and it was okay while it was still warm but it's not so good once it loses it's heat.
