I HAD to chill the dough, even after doubling the cookie crumbs. There's nothing complicated about the recipe; it's just assembly. They taste the way they should.

Read the negative reviews, but decided to make them anyway. I decided to chill the mixture before rolling into balls and it turned out great! Everyone loved them and asked for more. The amount of bourbon made them more exciting than expected for guests. They kept well. Great party recipe.

For so little effort, so good! At first I was worried as it was so strong of bourbon, but the alcohol evaporates just enough and imparts a wonderful flavor. It proved to be a huge addiction to all ! I had to make more.
