I have made this a few times before and we enjoyed it, greatly. This time I decided to eat the taco how Rachael Ray put the recipe together. All I can say is make the pickled onions and buy the banana rings. It was so much better. Love the spiciness that the red chilies gave the dish.

Perfect. I didn't make the toppings but the meat was wonderful. The broth was heavenly.

Unbelievable simple recipe. The pork comes out very tender & delicious. The pickled onions will become your staple addition to any hot sandwich. This pulled pork recipe has hit the monthly rotation.

Absolutely outstanding!!!!! This was awesome and I am going to make the pickled onions just to have on hand in the fridge. If you save some of your pork for the ragu I wouldn't bother wasn't very impressed with that recipe wish I had used all the pork for more tacos.

Amazing recipe and pretty easy, too! I made this while I was in Canada and I couldn't find chipotle in adobo or corn tortillas (my guests were trying to stay wheat free. It was still good with chipotle salsa subbed and in a hard shell taco (all I could find but I'm sure it would be WAY better with soft tacos (flour or corn. I also had it in a salad the next day - delish, and even better on the second day!

This was a very tasty dish. The meat turned out flavorful and tender. I used a rolled pork roast, which when done, easily came apart into nice bite size pieces (and wasn't a big pile of mush. It had a nice texture and of course the tasty chipotle sauce finished it off perfectly. I will definitely add this to the meal rotation.

Best friggin taco's I've ever had!!! I forgot the chipolte in adobo sauce: but I improvised with a little bit of taco seasonings. I ate it with lettuce and shredded mexican cheeses. Pretty much like I would with regular ground beef tacos. Delish(:
