Made this for Christmas...everyone loved it...even my grandson...I was looking for a different side dish to go with Prime Rib...I did't know anything about the mighty radish so was surprised they turned out almost white...the flavor was a bit like a mild brussel sprout...

I didn't have wine vinegar so I used sherry and vinegar instead.

I've been meaning to try these for a long time. They are absolutely delicious! They have a flavor that slightly reminds me of brussel sprouts.

Always looking for different veggie ideas and radishes are in that category for me. Good combo of flavors and not too bitter--like radishes can be. I liked it, but my hubbie did not. Give it a try with real small radishes.

Maybe if you love radishes, this is a good dish. I was hoping to find a way to make 'em more palatable for people who aren't crazy about them, but this wasn't it.

I was shocked that my family and I liked this so much! These radishes are so good. My mother, who is very, very picky, even loved them.
