I made this exactly as written and was a bit disappointed. After baking it was really dry. I ended up making a basic bescimel sauce and adding it to the dish which made it much better. It tasted wonderful - I loved the tang from the sour cream and mustard. If I make this again, will definately add the white sauce.

Awesome. Followed the recipe but added chicken to make it a one dish meal.

I cant give this a fair review because i did substitute many things. I steamed the broccoli and cauliflower instead of boiling it. I used a little bit over 1 cup of fat free greek yogurt (FAGE brand because it has the exact consistency as fatty sour cream without the extra water/milk stuff. I didnt have chives so i used less than half of a red onion (make sure to only use a tiny bit if your not careful you can ruin your entire dish since its not sauteed. I loved it as it was and the cheese makes it super yummy! I not only had seconds but also thirds! So much for my diet. I was craving seafood the next day so i grilled shrimp, cheese, and microwaved a bowl it was even more delicious the next day! Great plate for left overs! Will most likely try my recipe again with with chives this time and not a red onion.
