I loved this recipe I am always looking for a way to jazz up my meals and this was a wonderful way to do it. I just did a few different things added salt to my rice while boiling, using brown rice instead of white rice, and put grilled chicken on top before serving and I had a meal that not only was good to eat but easy to make

My goodness this recipe is just too simple, and I mean that in a good way. It's such a big help for when the family's sayin "not the same ol' thing again!", and you find you're self in a bind, because you're just too short on money and time. Great Thinkin' RACHE!

I just love rice, and this was a really yummy way to prepare it. It was really good as lunch the next day. Thinking of different veggies to add in for some variations. Would be great tossed with some chicken or fish as a rice salad.

This may be great for a base recipe - and I think the leftovers would be great to make fried rice - but it was just so bland.
I love Rachael's show, I have learned a lot of practical tips from her, but this rice just did not do it for me or my family.
