I made this recipe last night and my husband said it was better than any recipe he has had in any restaurant. I followed the recipe closely for the lamb, however for the reduction (glad I started early because really bubble lightly for 15 to 20 minutes. I also halved the reduction as it was just for 2 people and also I strained the reduction of the garlic and rosemary.. I served it with candied sweet potatoes and we both went wild...thanks Rachael this is definately a keeper and easy enough to make ! (^_^

I had to cook the sauce a bit longer as well but very easy and delicious!

This recipe was so easy and so tasty. I have referred quite a few people to this recipe and they all rave about it.

The lamb chops tasted great broiled, but the balsamic reduction was a. not a reduction... it was just as thin as when I put all of the ingredients in the pot and b. filled my house with a horrible odor!

I am not much of a cook but decided to prepare these chops for a friend. She was almost as impressed as I was. Matter of fact she call for "my recipe", which of course, I shared!

The lamb chops themsleves were fabulous. However, just the aroma of the sauce was overpowering. I would never make this meal for company, as it made the entire kitchen smell, and I have a large kitchen. Unless you like very strong sauces, this will be too much. My husband could not stand it.

This was really good. The sauce was the best part. Slicing the rack makes this perfect for a group.

My husband and I just loved this recipe! I also let the balsamic sauce cook a little longer and it thickened up nicely. Delicious! Another winner from Rachael Ray!

Great recipe! Easy to follow and not intimidating for someone who has never made laumb chops before. Came out very tender, and the glaze was delicious. I left the rosemary whole and fished it out of the glaze before drizzling it on the chops. My husband loved it!
