Great quick and easy meal (and a great way to use all those greens!. Best part about this recipe is that it tastes like it took a lot longer to prepare than it really does!

My family did enjoy this dish. I only changed a couple of things: used all swiss chard, added about a 1/2 cup chopped tomatoes and used a parma, reggio cheese blend that included asiago. I did have to reduce the number of noodles, my pan was not big enough to hold all of it. Will make again.

I changed mine up a little. Added ground turkey, spinach and the mushrooms. Lots of cheese fontina and mozzarella cheese. My family and friends loved it!

This is a great dish for using up extra spinach and is easy to make. I modified the recipe slightly using only all spinach, and only using about 2/3 of a box of lasagna. Also added a little bit of low fat ricotta cheese

I added mushrooms and this came out really well. Next time I will add chopped tomatoes to add a little more moisture as it's pretty easy to overcook and dry out. This will definitely be a regular in our household. So much easier than lasagne!

This dish was easy to make. Both my husband & I loved it. I forgot to cover dish with foil and it still came fantastic.
