Mixed up the burger seasoning and let sit overnight. we really enjoyed them at a cookout. The sauce is great on top and we used
Hoffmans sharp cheddar. What a great burger!

I can honestly say this is the first RR recipe we didn't love. My 16 year old and I made the these recipes for Father's Day with the idea that burgers and beer vs steak and wine would be a fun change for the occassion. This was on a 30 Minute Meal show and took the 2 of us nearly 75 minutes. The end result for us was what one other reviewer said, the amount of effort for the result did not add up. The best part were the fries. We used white and sweet and they were yummy. So yummy that unless you really need the extra calories, you can skip the sour cream sauce which accompanies the recipe.

Sauce, slaw, and burgers are to die for! The deep, dark, smoky flavors combine so well. This was love at first bite.

I didn't make the slaw, i didnt have the ingredients, but everything else was so yummy! My 3 year old even loved it, and he's pretty picky. Will definitely make it again.

I made these burgers for dinner tonight. My family and I loved them! The crunch of the coleslaw makes the texture of the sandwich great! The BBQ sauce also is fantastic. I will be making it again and again.

It took much longer than I like to take cooking and the burger was okay. For the amount of time versus the taste of the burger, I will not be making this again. However the slaw was really good and made the meal.

This msg is for Diane. The sweet potato oven fries is the same recipe that accompanies the B'klyn Chili Burgers w/ Smokey Barb.......on the show she used sweet potato although the recipe calls for regular potato...i guess you can make it with either or....i can't wait to make this since my new potato is the sweet potato because it's called the perfect vegetable....no worries.

Diane - The recipe is called "Smoked Paprika Potato Wedges" and it's listed under the recipes for the "Brrrooklyn Barbecue" episode. The ingredients in the recipe call for white potatoes, but she just uses sweet potatoes in the show. It's the same recipe though. Try them because we made them tonight and they're delicious!
