I am looking for the sweet potato recipe that was on the show Brooklyn Chili Burgers with Smoky Barbecue Sauce with Oil and Vinegar Slaw and can't find it. Can anyone help me with this?

These were great and fun - the sauce is amazing and they are definitely a favorite here! The slaw was great too and I don't even like slaw!

The burgers were a hit with my family. The slaw was particularly good. I used agave syrup instead of honey. It made the slaw dressing sweeter than my taste so I added more cider viengar to balance it out. Also, I might add less beer, perhaps 1/4 cup because it's flavor seemed to overpower everything else. I would definitely make this again!

I made these burgers for my husband after watching the show today - Ooh La La! The BBQ sauce is to die for and burgers were a smash hit!
