To be as simple as this is to prepare, it has wonderfully delicious, complex flavors.

My husband HATES veggies, especially tomatoes. It took 5 minutes to make and 5 minutes for him to eat it up! I will sneak this into future meals!

Simple, fresh, and easy. The only change I did was add parmesan cheese to the top, and didn't do the garlic as much. Garlic was very powerful when rubbed on the toasted bread.

Wow! So simple, fresh and tasty! The garlic is intense, so watch out for how much you put.

Quick, easy, and delicious! My aunt made it for my niece's birthday and was a huge success. I asked for the recipe and she refereed me to this page. I made it and it was just like hers, so good!

This was excellent, but did require tinkering to suit my needs. Followed the tomato prep instructions, but added 2 cloves of pressed garlic and 2 Tbsp of Colavita balsamic vinegar (no other brand will do!. My prep: Go to the bakery. Buy 1 baguette. Ask the nice lady/gentleman behind the counter to slice it for you. Brush the sliced bread with olive oil. Using a slotted spoon, put a spoonful of the bruschetta on each slice on a foil-lined pan. Top each bread with shredded parmesan cheese. Bake at 400 for 10 minutes. Delicious!

This is one of my go to recipes for a quick and delicious appetizer, or as a side dish with any italian meal. It's so simple, yet always gets rave reviews.
