    This is a regular hit with my family. The bruschetta is a great appetizer to make for your vegetarian friends. I have found that a bit of balsamic vinegar gives this dish an added touch.

    This has to be the best thing I've ever tasted. The fresh basil really does the trick.

    Love the combination, and with a nice bottle of sauvignon blanc. I did try cherry tomato's the last time I made this...a little difficult to cut up in small pieces but it was still delish....
