    I went home for lunch and made this recipe. It was very easy and quick. My wife enjoyed it and next time I may add some lemon juice.

    This bruschetta recipe was great and very simple to make. I didn't think there would be much flavor but after rubbing the garlic cloves on the bread and then topping it with the tomatoes, olive oil and basil with a pinch of salt it was GREAT. Definitely a hit!!!

    This was definitely a nice replacement for the usual garlic bread everyone seems to serve. I used basil from my yard, and tomato from the garden as well. Marvelous and it just tasted fresh and healthy.
