    These are the best brussel sprouts I have ever had. My 10 year old son ate 2 platefuls of them and wanted more.

    My whole family loved this recipe. They do not like brussels sprouts, but decided this would make a great meal, too. Very simple and quick, way more flavor than just boiling or steaming.

    This works with frozen brussel sprouts too, just heat them in water in the microwave.

    xtra good. served at thanksgiving dinner. at first everyone was turning thier noses up at the thought of brussel sprouts.this recipie converted the brussel sprout snobs.yummy side dish any time of year. thanks rachel!

    So many of the reviews I read of this recipe talked about how people who didn't even like brussels sprouts were asking for this recipe again. That is why I served this at my Christmas dinner yesterday. Everyone tried the sprouts but those who didn't like them still didn't like them. I, myself, like them occasionally and expected something really wonderful. To my surprise they tasted like the same old brussels sprouts with bacon added.

    Loved the way it was so easy and the taste was teriffic, I will continue to use this all year long since our family loves brussel sprouts. I made one batch but had to do another batch because they ate it all up.
