Even though my husband does not generally like Brussel Sprouts, he loved these. This recipe is quick, looks great and tastes even better.

Thanks for a new and delicious way to enjoy a recently appreciated veggie. I was always "afraid" of these little guys, now I can't get enough!

I was going to make this recipe for Thanksgiving when my husband said he didn't want to have brussel sprouts. So instead I followed the same recipe but used green beans instead. I used an onion instead of a shallot. The bacon really added some pizzaz to this dish. Will make again for Christmas dinner.

This recipe is one I have used over and over. It is such a nice new way for me to fix brussel sprouts and they have such flavor. They really are easy and quick and I crave them now!

For anyone who thinks they don't like Brussels sprouts, they should give this recipe a try. Even my teenager, eating these little veggies for the first time in his life, loves them! Great for family meals or dinner parties. How can anything cooked with bacon be bad??

We loved this side dish, it enhances the brussel sprouts so much.

I made the recipe, but placed all the ingredients (uncooked onto a cookie sheet and roasted them in the oven instead. I put them in at 425 for about 15 minutes until they were tender and the brussels were just beginning to blacken. Delicious! and you don't have to babysit the pan.

This is the best brussel sprouts recipe I've ever made; they're not bitter at all like they can be if not cooked right.

Since I'm the only one in my family that eats these I don't have to worry about how I fix them. With this recipe by Rachael Ray I thought I was eating a new vegetable. They were so outstanding in flavor that I just about wipe them all out in one sitting. Thanks Rachael for a great new twist on an old favorite.
