    Since I'm the only one in my family that eats these I don't have to worry about how I fix them. With this recipe by Rachael Ray I thought I was eating a new vegetable. They were so outstanding in flavor that I just about wipe them all out in one sitting. Thanks Rachael for a great new twist on an old favorite.

    This recipe is easy and delicious. The brussels sprouts come out tender and so flavorful. I highly recommend it, even if you aren't sure you like them.

    Everyone who ate these brussels sprouts Christmas night was impressed. I'm always looking for interesting ways to serve vegetables so I really appreciate this recipe. It really helps me to get my family to eat their veggies. :

    This is dish turned my husband into a brussel sprout eater. He actually requests this! I know that we will enjoy this when the sprouts are in season for years to come. We omit the bacon; it's still very tasty and healthy. Excellent.

    This was an excellent side dish. The flavor was mind boggling. Even those who do not like Brussel Sprouts loved these. Made them for Thanksgiving and they are being requested for Christmas. One of my very favorites.
