Okay meal, but I wouldn't make it again. So many better dinner options out there.

Amazing! I actually omitted the cornbread topping and served it on toasted buns with the crumbled blue cheese and ranch for dipping. Also, I didn't have the pepper so I substituted ground cayenne pepper. And I used rotisserie chicken so it was so easy. It was a huge hit!!

This was an awesome recipe. Very tasty - the next time I make it, however, I am not using Jiffy cornbread that was too sweet. Totally tasted like Buffalo Chicken it was awesome - my boys (19 and 21 home from college wanted me to make it again the next night leaving the corn bread out all together and serve it over cooked noodles.

Overall I did enjoy the flavors of this dish. Unfortunately I used two boxes of cornbread and it was way too much! But once it was finally finished cooking, which took over half an hour, it was a good meal. I would recommend a flatter casserole dish, perhaps even a 13x9 glass dish so the batter can spread thinly and bake faster. I also agree the recipe calls for a little too much blue cheese, I'll probably use about half next time.

This was a great meal. I was very impressed by the flavors. Husband had seconds... and thirds. :-

Nasty!! The flavors were fine, but the chicken and bread need to be cooked seperate. I cooked it and cooked it and cooked it, and still when I cut into it to serve, a HUGE wad of uncooked cornbread batter, slid into the spot I scooped out of.

We thought this was absolutely delicious. The only change was to use 1 box of Jiffy cornbread instead of 2, but we loved the spicy and sweet flavors mixed together. Outstanding!

Not one of my favorites, but ok. My husband seemed to like it more than I did, so I will keep it in the recipe box. I like the suggestion of using a dry ranch mix instead of blue cheese crumbles, and might try that next time I dig out the recipe.

This has to have been one of the worst things I have ever tasted. There was way too much blue cheese. At this point I'm giving up on Rachel. I can only remember two recipes that I have made by her that I my husband and I actually liked.

This was really good. My husband and I liked it but think it would be betther with only half as much blue cheese as it calls for in the corn bread topping. We love blue cheese but it is easy to overpower a recipe with it. I'm sure I'll make this again. I served it with a salad. I also didn't make it ahead and it took about an hour from start to finsh. The baking time was the perfect about of time to throw the salad together in the end.
