I love this and so does my family. So simple. I usually use Frank's Red Hot and that's my favorite. Not to spicy for the kids. Best way is to use homeade buttermilk ranch. Ever since I saw it on 30 min Meals, years ago, this has been a staple for my meal planning :)
so good! used frank's red hot sauce buffalo flavor and used maries greek yogurt ranch dressing instead bc it was way lower in calories than reg ranch and poured some extra buffalo sauce over the salad! so simple and what a hit if you love buffalo wings! healthy spin on it!
I love anything buffalo so maybe i'm biased but I thought this was a great recipe. the creaminess of the ranch, the sharpness of the blue cheese and the spicy buffalo kick created an excellent flavor combination. I think breaded chicken bites would be great in this recipe as well.
I loved this recipe! It was so easy to make I didn't use any cheese because I wanted to go a little healthier I used some low sodium chicken broth and franks original hot sauce and a 1/2 cup of each and then threw it on the grill for about 15 mins it tasted wonderful!!
A very easy and delicious meal. I started marinating the chicken in buffalo sauce before grilling and it adds a nice flavor to the salad. The blue cheese dressing is good and usable for many other dishes too. Yum!
Love this recipe! It is one of my husbands favorite recipes. We usually make this once a week. Usually we omit the butter & blue cheese & it taste equally as good. Sometimes I add a tablespoon or 2 of white vinegar when adding the hot sauce to give it an extra zing. Would definitely recommend!
After making this recipe at least 10 times, I owe you a review. Awesome. I love it as is. I HAVE started to make changes -
    1 no blue cheese. Because...
2 after cooking chicken, I add the hot sauce mix from pan to the dressing for the salad. My husband likes spicy, and it just wasn't hot enough from just the chicken.
Very tasty! Great quick meal. My husband isn't really into spicy foods, but he loved this salad. The cool blue cheese balances it perfectly. I will definitely serve this again.
Loved it. Very easy~although I added more hot sauce and bleu cheese crumbles, but still very good.
    not impressed
This was such a refreshing dinner during the 90+ temperatures we've been having. I don't think I made one substitution. Thanks Rachel!
I have made this dish three times and everytime it came out perfect this is a keeper quick simple and very tasty.
This salad was so good and easy to fix !!! Way better than any buffalo chicken salad that i've had ever had in a restaurant. GREAT.

I love the buffalo chicken salad recipe . The chicken is so good. thanks alot rachael ray for this awsome recipe.
Easy, awesome, delicious! My boys loved it! I think the leftovers will make a really good lunch tomorrow.
I make this using variations to flavor the chicken. We have a chicken wing place here that sells their sauces so I purchase the sauces and I will use on of their sauces to replace the hot sauce. This a a keeper.
After reviewing other posts on the message board for this recipe, I decided I must of did something wrong, as my chicken did not taste quite right. I think I was suppose to use breaded chicken maybe. I did however, like the dressing. But it also could be, that I just started cooking and don't know what I am doing. Hopefully, I'll have better luck next time.:)
the flavors in the recipe don't click or mix, sorry.
This is not your ordinary salad. What a great way to experience the taste of buffalo chicken without the mess and excess calories. It really is very easy to prepare. Unfortunately, my kitchen is much messier after the preparation than Rachel's. :)
This was very good. I Put all veggies in a big bowl and than made individual servings and toss the dressing in the individual survings. That way the rest of the salad would be fresh for the next day. So very good! Thanks for the recipie.
So simple but really great - especially if you use crisp, fresh lettuce. I mised iceberg with romaine for a wonderful texture. This one's a winner.
this is a dinner that I turn to when time gets a way from me
I love Buffalo Chicken and this recipe was super easy and very tasty.
easiest and tastiest receipe ever!!!! even the manliest man will love it!!!
our favorite meal is rachael's buffalo chicken sandwiches, and this is a great variation on that. although, i did use bleu cheese dressing instead of the ranch/bleu cheese bits.
Great-tasting and healthy alternative to wings!
This is very good taste just like the one at Chilis mmmmmmmmmmmm
This is one of my favorite recipes. I made it for the Superbowl one year and it was a hit! The salad tastes just like bufflo wings which I love.
I made this for a family gathering....what a hit it was!! Even a shocker to me due to the fact I am not a huge fan of blue cheese dressing. I think the mixture of the ranch dressing with the blue cheese crumbles really gives it a softer taste...

    THANKS RACHAEL!!!!!!!!!!!
Maybe I used a bit too much hot sauce, but it was super spicy, I still liked it though!
