This is a great alternative to wings. Foe one they are much easier to make and two they are much healthier. This is definitely a keeper!! Thanks Rach!!

This was EXACTLY the balance of easy to prepare, spicy, not-too-bad for me meal that I wanted during the big game this week! Thanks!

Finally, a great substitute for the restaurant wings. This is simple, easy, fast and incredibly delicious. We like it hot around here so I put in more franks red hot sauce than the quarter cup recommended. I used more than a pound of chicken too since that's where you get the heat. It didn't hurt to add a little more celery for that "crunch" either. The ranch/blue cheese combo is the perfect marraige for this one. This recipe made our "regulars" list. My thanks and compliments to Rachael ... again!

This is one you don't want to miss out on... I cheated and just used the bagged greens with the carrots -- No complaints with the results. We now like this salad better than just buffalo chicken strips alone. Probably the easiest salad ever!

Gave this recipe a try for dinner tonight. It was a definate hit! I am not a bleu cheese fan but dh is so I split the salad in half and put the ranch/bleu cheese on his and put ranch/feta on mine--yummy. It was quick, easy, and the ingredients couldn't be more simple. I added the crunchy mozzarella from the Calorie Commando as an appetizer and had a restaurant quality meal on the table in minutes.

I made this dish for my husband and I and we both loved it. It was very tasty. I used the ranch dressing with the bleu cheese crumbles and it was fantastic! And it was so easy to make.

This is a perfect way to enjoy buffalo chicken without all the guilt that accompanies it. I made mine with spinach instead of romaine and with the Blue Cheese Dipping Sauce from Calorie Commando as my dressing. It was a perfect light but filling meal.
