    our favorite meal is rachael's buffalo chicken sandwiches, and this is a great variation on that. although, i did use bleu cheese dressing instead of the ranch/bleu cheese bits.

    This is one of my favorite recipes. I made it for the Superbowl one year and it was a hit! The salad tastes just like bufflo wings which I love.

    I made this for a family gathering....what a hit it was!! Even a shocker to me due to the fact I am not a huge fan of blue cheese dressing. I think the mixture of the ranch dressing with the blue cheese crumbles really gives it a softer taste...
