Made them tonight and they were delicious. I love spicy food so I added about twice as much hot sauce. This is easy to make and is a crowd pleaser.

I made this for my family a few weeks ago and we absolutely loved them. Simple and easy great recipe. It did need some more spice so for mine i added extra extra hot sauce but left it alone for my husband due to the fact he doesn't like hot stuff. But overall it was great. Thanks.

This has become my family's favorite and whenever I tell them I am making it everyone actually cheers and jumps up and down....We all LOVE these nuggets! We did find that the with how greasy they are, that we end up with a stomachache after eating them. But I found out how to combat this problem. I will make them and then put them in a single layer on a cake sheet lined with a triple layer of paper towels(cover them with plastic wrap after they have completely cooled and then put it in the fridge until dinner the next night. Then I put the oven to 350degrees and heat them back up for about 12 minutes. Doing it this way (which I only discovered after doing this with leftovers and reheating them the next day makes them not greasy at all and they turnout nice and crispy but still very tender and juicy on the inside. I serve them with ranch and blue cheese dressing for dipping and I also make a buffalo sauce with Frank's Red Hot and equal parts butter.

My girlfriend and I made these the other night and loved them. We added Franks to the wet pancake mix, and added Panko Bread Crumbs to the dry pancake mix which made the bites a little puffier, and crunchier. Once our of the deep fryer we bryshed a little more Franks on the outside and put them in the oven for a few more minutes This was lots of fun to make, and even more fun to eat.
