Unfortunately about 1/4 of my chicken went to waste due to my oil not being at the perfect temperature. Once I got that straightened out these were a breeze to make I used only a cup of water in the batter and added about a 1/2 cup of Red Hot. I liked the extra heat that gave. We all agree these were better after they cooled down a bit. Right out of the pan, the batter seemed to not adhere too well to the chicken. I'll probably make again.

This was really great, but there was no real hot sauce taste. I ended up dipping them in hot sauce and ranch to spice them up :

Made them tonight and they were delicious. I love spicy food so I added about twice as much hot sauce. This is easy to make and is a crowd pleaser.

I made this for my family a few weeks ago and we absolutely loved them. Simple and easy great recipe. It did need some more spice so for mine i added extra extra hot sauce but left it alone for my husband due to the fact he doesn't like hot stuff. But overall it was great. Thanks.

Made for the 1st time tonight and my husband kept popping the tasty bites in his mouth! Defiently add more hot sauce and be sure to salt once you take them out of the oil. Overall it turned out great and I'll be making this one again
