This is so easy. I do love this one. My husband is not a chicken eater, but he gobbles up these! Thanks.

This was very good.. not enough spice though.. we added more Hot Sauce and it had just enough kick.. and we also had these with Ranch mixed with Hot Sauce. Very good!! Super fast if you have a deep fryer too!!! Will make these more often!!

These chicken bites were ever sooo good. We kept eating them as soon as they came out of the pan. My husband took some to work and all the guys loved them. Some wanted more hot sauce the next time. So I know I will be making more. They are worth it. Good job Rachael!!!

I made this for myself and my husband, and we both enjoyed it greatly! My husband makes his own hot sauce, so we used that...and used 10 tsp in the batter, and used 1/2 cup of it for the chicken bath. I am not a fan of spicy foods, but I really enjoyed this a lot. My husband actually said he would prefer this over take out wings any time(and he LOVES wings. Ours were not greasy at all, which is good, as I am not a fan of greasy foods. This was great, good job Rachel!

this turned out to be surprisingly tasy. i liked the slight sweetness that the pancake batter adds. but next time i'll add a LOT more hot sauce -- both to coat and to the batter. we could hardly taste the hot sauce at all in the quantities suggested in the recipe.

This makes 2 chicken breasts stretch to feed 6 people. Add more tabasco though, really not hot at all. Great technique, will def make this my own.

I wasn't to impressed with this. They weren't greasy. I didn't like the breading. It may have been the bisquik? Since that is what I had. Needed more spice.

Very yummy!! Next time i'll cut the chicken into strips instead of chunks, just ts make the prep time easier. Also I will add a little more hot sauce. I will defenately make this again!!!

My 7 yo dau saw the show and wanted me (her non-cooking mom to help her make them. We made them that very night with the chicken I didn't know what to do with and they turned out great. Not only did we enjoy then that night, but also the next day. They were a little soggy, but great for snacks and lunch. My dau and I fought over who would get the last one. It did take longer than 30 minutes, but was worth the time and effort.
