I tried this at home for my husband. He seemed to enjoy it but I was not particularly fond of it. They did turn out a bit greasy. However, I did use Hidden Valley Ranch as a sub for the blue cheese which turned out to be a great idea. I may try one of the reviewer's idea of using an asian sauce since I noticed very little spice as well.

This is great! I have a disability and I am always looking for easy recipies that are yummy! This is it! Not too spicy if you don't like it and hot for those that do!
    Thanks Rachael Ray

These were soooo good! My daughter who is a waitress came home after dinner and tried the leftovers. She thought we ate out and brought them home from Applebees! I was shocked at how good they were and how easy! Ofcourse it took a little more time than when Rachel does it, but not much!

One problem... seems that no matter how much "Red Hot" I use, after the chicken is fried there really isn't any flavor.
Instead of "Buffalo Style" I removed the "Red Hot" from the recipe and served it with an Oriental sweet and sour sauce. EXCELLENT

I made this recipe a couple weeks ago when my grandkids were here. The whole family loved them. I thought they may be to spicy but were not and came out nice and moist. I will be making these again for sure.

I made this for a potluck at my sister's house (she has 6 kids that love chicken everything My dish was the first to disappear from the table, then everyone came up asking for the receipe. If you really want it hot add lots more hot sauce or maybe coat the pieces in pure hot sauce first.... either way moist and scrumptous a definite crowd pleasure of all ages.
