I made these for my family (husband, father and 2 yr old son and everyone loved them. I did season the chicken and batter with seasoning salt, garlic powder, celery salt and lemon pepper seasoning and I used potato pancake mix for 1 cup of the pancake mix. Also, I used regular flour for the chicken, pre-batter.

We had these and they were pretty good. I mde them with and without hot sauce b/c my husband doesn't care for the hot sauce. I could have had more heat actually. I will make them again!

This was great finger food. The batter made the breading on the chicken a little too thick. Next time add more water to mix. Was very mild in taste NOT SPICY!!!Will add more hot sauce for more flavor next time. Will make again..

these were very easy to make and delicious. my hubby loved them. i watered down the pancake mix a little bit and they didn't turn out too sweet at all. i'll definitely make this again.

the pancake batter was a little too sweet... wonder if adding even more tabasco would have helped cut the sweetness a little more. very easy to make, but doesn't keep for more than 20 minutes or so

didn't really care for the flavor of the batter. but the kids seemed to enjoy somewhat. next time i think i will use regular batter but just kick it up a little.
