This is such an easy recipe to make and it tastes really good! My six year old loves to help with the breading process. They cook up beautifully.

I made a mess making this meal but it was worth it. The batter comes out really crispy and the hot sauce adds flavor. You cannot feel the heat, even if you add a lot of hot sauce.

We made these bites for a party and everyone went crazy for them. There were no bones and the coating was super crispy. Very good.

This recipe is excellent and the variations for it are infinite. The battered spicyness of these little bites are superb, but I thought..what about deep fry them in a rich buttermilk batter, same process. I made these little guys for a family reunion and they were the first to go, plus without the overwhelming spice the kids could really, really enjoy them.

This recipe turned out wonderful, although after fryin the popcorn chicken I found the was no where near enough flavor. So, I took a large mixing bowl filled the bottom with the same hot sause i used in the recipe put the finished chicken in the bowl covered and tosted untill the chicken was evenly coated in hot sause, dip them in ranch dressing and yummmmm full of flavor. I also put some a side and tosted them in BBQ sause for the little kids, like I said a HIT!
