Too much oil (butter and olive and red pepper flakes. Heavy lemon taste was a bad mix of flavors. Not a favorite.

I missed a step. Where did the small pot of garlic cooked in butter fit in? I added it at the end but it wasn't very good. Where did I mess up? MMC

The flavor was ok, but found it to be too salty. I will make it again but reduce the old bay.

Delicious. The fennel seeds are what make it better than your average shrimp pasta dish. My husband loved it! And it was good for leftovers too. Yummo!

So easy to make and had all ingredients in the house. I made two versions: one shrimp and one chicken. Both were delicious! The chicken took a bit longer to cook than the shrimp so a lot for the extra time.

This was delicious! Followed recipe exactly except I used frozen pre-cooked shrimp. It was as easy as Rachael said. Nice mix of acid from the lemon and heat from the pepper flakes plus the fennel was a nice surprise. The bucatini is a pretty substantial pasta and although delicious, a little clumsy to eat. I might try this recipe next time with something lighter like spaghetti or even angel hair.

The flavor of this dish is all around amazing! The only downfall is that it doesn't work well for leftovers =( The lemon is too overpowering once the meal sits for too long.

I loved the lemony flavor. Clever recipe. Rachel showed this on TV all tossed together which is what I prefer.

My first time making shrimp scampi linguini. It was so good. I skip the fennel seeds and added fresh spanish. The red pepper flakes makes it a little hot. Next time, I will skip the red pepper flakes.
