This was great! Instead of cooking chicken, I bought a garlic, herb rotisserie chicken at grocery store, shredded and added at the end. I also doubled the amount of wine (red.
Served over whole wheat noodles. Great flavors. This is a keeper!!

Just made Rach's recipe - very tasty! I let the chicken simmer in the sauce until it was incredibly tender. My boyfriend and I both decided that it would be great over pasta. But we enjoyed it with toast. I would make this again - no changes. One thing to add - it was so flavorful, that I didn't add salt and pepper and I'm a salt addict.

This was a fantastic recipe! I couldn't find the calabrese salami, though it would have been a great hint of heat to counter the sweetness of the veggies.
